Order Policy

All orders must be submitted through an authorized sales agent/veterinary distributor. ROYAL CANIN has two national sales agents to allow customers the opportunity to select their preferred agent:

Delivery Policy

Orders transmitted from a Sales Agent by 12:00 PM EST to ROYAL CANIN will be shipped the same day to deliver within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your zip code. Specific information for your area can be obtained from your Royal Canin sales representative or distributor.

Larger orders are delivered by UPS; smaller orders are delivered by truck. Check with your Royal Canin Sales Representative about shipping weights and methods of delivery in your area.

There are no shipping charges for orders of 50 lb and over; for orders under 50 lb, the shipping charge is $15.
